Facilitator · Strategist · CoachExperience behind the guidance
I have spent decades recruiting talent, building development programs, facilitating conversations, and helping organizations create clearer pathways to opportunity.

Workplace Culture & Talent Development
Practical learning for organizations, colleges, and workforce programs. Select a focused workshop or combine topics into a learning series tailored to your people and priorities.
Faculty, staff & teams
Participants learn to: Recognize assumptions that affect communication and collaboration; seek different perspectives and respond respectfully to disagreement; create opportunities for colleagues to contribute and be heard.
Leave with: A respectful communication guide, scenario practice, and a personal action plan for strengthening everyday working relationships.
First-time managers, newly promoted supervisors & emerging leaders
When priorities shift and answers are incomplete, managers still need to provide direction and support. Practice leading across backgrounds and working styles, recognizing that change affects people differently.
Participants learn to: Communicate what is known, what is uncertain, and when to expect updates; surface individual concerns without assumptions; invite different perspectives; set priorities as circumstances change; navigate difficult conversations with empathy, consistency, and accountability.
Leave with: A team communication template, a change-focused check-in guide, and a 30-day leadership action plan.
People leaders, HR professionals & hiring teams
Participants learn to: Identify unclear expectations and inconsistent practices across the employee experience; use job-relevant criteria and evidence in talent decisions; make development opportunities and advancement expectations clearer.
Leave with: A talent-practice review worksheet and a prioritized action plan for improving one hiring, development, or advancement practice.
Students, alumni & career transitioners
Participants learn to: Identify transferable skills, communicate accomplishments, and prepare for a focused job search. Modules can cover resumes, LinkedIn, interviews, and salary conversations.
Leave with: Module-specific worksheets and a career action plan with clear next steps.
Students, alumni & professionals
Participants learn to: Identify relevant connections, introduce your value, and turn outreach into purposeful conversations using Tina’s TEAM framework: Target, Engage, Align, Move on.
Leave with: A networking map, outreach prompts, a conversation guide, and a follow-up plan.
Teams & people leaders
Participants learn to: Recognize differences in working styles, adapt communication, and practice approaches to more effective collaboration.
Leave with: A communication action plan and strategies for working across styles; assessment reports when included in scope.
Individuals, students & teams

Leave with: A strengths application worksheet and personal commitments for using strengths at work or in a career search.
Begin with Working Better Together, build manager skills with Leading Through Uncertainty, and strengthen organizational processes with Talent Practices That Work. Each is available on its own or as part of a series. Sessions combine relevant scenarios, reflection, practice, and participant action planning. DiSC and StrengthsFinder are optional complements to the manager workshop; assessments are not required. We agree on audience, length, format, materials, assessment access, and evaluation together.
